is it safe to flash my winfast 5900 to 5950 ultra ?

i want ti try flash my winfast 5900 to 5950 ultra cause is it expensive to buy new one

, but i still confused
does it safe to flash it ? do i need extra fan ?

if im not mistaking the only difference between the 5900 and the 5950 is clockspeed, and if thats the case then flashing wont be a problem
