Overclocking is not safe - You will loose your warrenty - so It's kind of a game - The lifetime of you hardware may be shorter than normal (maybe like 5-7 years lifetime).
When that is said. You can gain alot of ekstra power from you system, while overclocking, because you practicaly are "tuning" the hardware. Typicali CPU, GPU and RAMs.
If you think yourself about, holdning an eye on your temepratures are not too high (Not above 75c while under a heavy load I would say as a rule of thumb). Then you SHOULD be okay - this is not a garuantee though.
If you are willing to take the risk, then read about how to, the basics and such. You can find alot of information in this forum, and I'm sure there is other people with same hardware as you that are overclocked.
And as other people say - please don't push your hardware on stock cooling - those are only designet to cool the hardware as it is stock - get some aftermarket.
Don't push you hardware too much at the time, and keep an eye on temperatures, and you should be fine!
.. Best of luck.
For myself: I have been overclocking for years - Only ONCE blew up some hardware - it was an old TNT2 graphic card, for those people who can remember them - But I pushed it way beyond what you would normally do.
And an SSD is a Solid State Disc - It's a very fast way to read and write data to it compared to a normal harddrive that have spinning magnetic plates.
