This is probably not the right section but idunno i'll give it a shot

K i currently have a Macbook Pro 2007 15" 2.2Ghz 8600m GT 128mb, 4GB Ram, 250GB HD and a Desktop which is CM 690 nVidia Edition, M3N-78VM AMD 7750 Kuma @ 2.7Ghz + 2GB of ram and 7800 GTX KO ACS3 Edition or ATI 4850

Should I trade both for a Macbook Pro 2009 2.66Ghz/4GB Ram + 320GB for the 9600m GT + 7 hours of battery life instead of 2?

The question is, is it worth it to you?

The monetary differences may be grey, but will that laptop serve you better than the one you have plus the desktop? That is the question you must ask yourself.

oooo i hate this. It is a tough one. Better battery life or a desktop and a laptop?
