I have an i5 2500 (not K)

Upon purchasing my MSI GTX670 PE, I figured it would blow everything I threw at it out of the water. However, Crysis 3 is running like I'm trying to use an old 8800 or something.

Is my CPU bottlenecking me? If so, what should I upgrade to?

That game is very hard on VGA's try to run it at medium specs

Yea turning several things down brings my FPS up dramatically. It just makes me sad that the brand new GPU I spent $400 on still can't cut it :/

The problem is the game not the card. Any other game should run pretty well

I ran crysis 3 with my sig rig maxed out with 2x txaa and it was fluid. Not sure about the framerate but I wasnt noticing any major slowdowns.

Yeah I agree I don't think it's your CPU or GPU probably just the game also check your drivers and make shure there up to date.

OP are you running any Anti-Aliasing?

I didn't know Crysis 3 support TXAA

I actually had to roll my driver back to get any decent FPS with Crysis 3
