when i move the windows i can see the traces. also sometime the mouse pointer is not moving smoothly. it looks like it has small pauses.

Any ideas?

The monitor is apple.

it just started 2 days ago.

It is alot of work to install all of the drivers. which ones should i reinstall?

Well if you still suspect its Video Card try that first. If all else fails, backup, and re-install Windows. If you still have a problem after that you know its a hardware problem, not a Windows problem. Of Course, you could try switching to the onboard graphics to see if the problem goes away.

There could be a faulty connection inside the case...Check your HDD connections, and make sure your Video Card is in the slot properly.

just try to reinstall the geforce drivers, shouldnt be anything else.

on a side note, what kind of mouse are you using?
If you ahve a wireless mouse, it could also be bad reception/interference or batteries going bad. When i had my old wireless mouse, it would do the same thing when it interfered with my wireless-N adapter.
