erm..i change the DRAM freq Multiplier to x8.00 instead of x6.66
8.00x200 = 1600mhz for my ram..i tot that is gonna be faster? lol

and
6.66x200 = 1333mhz.

so after i change to 1600 the timing cas go 11-11-11-29
at 1333 i got 9-9-9-24

which one better lol

You need to manually set your timings and DRAM voltage according to the manufacturers specifications.
u mean how according to manufactures spec?
set the timing alll manually? in BIOS?

Yes. Most sticks have a sticker on them that usually says what they are to be running at, like: 9-9-9-24 @1.7v (just an example). If it doesn't say on the sticks themselves, then look for it on the package, if not on the package then find them on the manufactureres website. I'm sure you can get those operating alot faster then what your getting now.
