Hi Commander Kool,

The vast majority of people run the "1M" SuperPI Calculation for performance comparisons, or at least they do here at o/c.net. Try running the "1M" calc and post your screenshot of the result. My system does "1M" in 38 seconds with my 3.6GHz 24/7 O/C. If you can get lower than 34 seconds you'd be doing very well imo.

Highly-Annoyed

Good for your proc, this is what I get:
For some reason, which I do not know why, I don't score as well as I used to in super PI, I used to get 32.424 secs 1M, but one day, it just didn't go below 33ish.

I need new RAM also.

Are you Oc'ed ?

I can get 40 seconds with a 3.150 prescott

If you're not overclocked try to get to 3.5, that should be an easy oc (15%). That should bring it down. Also make sure all unnecessary services, and programs running in the background are turned off. Good Luck

lol, this thread is old, Danny.

Ehh... if you have a nicely overclocked AMD CPU, time in 20sec. is possible. I think one of the people on the forum got time in 20 sec. range.

Thus, you don't need a 5 Ghz CPU to achieve that.

And AMD people.... you're all mean when it comes to PI!!!

EDIT: I get 37 sec, BTW... yay.
