Hello water-coolers. I would like to know if an XSPC RX240 Rad would fit on the front corner of the obsidian 650D if i was to modify the case by getting rid of the big fan and the hard drive stand that's blocking the way. Also, would an RX240 rad fit on top (interior) of the case?

I'm planning on getting the 650D with two RX240 - one on the front and on top. I guess if one can't be fitted on top then i could try an RS240.

If you guys know the answer, please please reply. Thanks for your time.

I built the 650D recently and have the RX240 mounted at the top. Unfortunately you won't be able to fit the RX240 at the front without any modding as the radiator measures 28 cm long. The front area runs about 26cm up to the lowest 5.25 inch bay. So you are about 2cm out of luck. You CAN mount it if you are able to sacrifice the lowest 5.25 inch bay with modding however.

You should also think about mounting it on the bottom as well.

Just thought of something...maybe ill just make a hole in the bottom of the case to make up for the extended 2cm. Hope this works. Thanks rugox for the info.

That would work if you can mod it effectively. You would have the bottom tip of the radiator showing next to the case feet though unless that doesn't bother you.
