I need a quick answer to find out if the above card is voltage locked or unlocked. Help is very much appreciated

I don't think so. They all have unlocked voltage's as far as i last checked.

No it is not voltage locked. Download Trixx 4.6 and don't use MSI Afterburner or overdrive in CCC or the Boost BIOS button.

Why? I'm getting that card soon and I've always used MSI-AB. What's the problem with it?
