Given I feel there is always a bottleneck with any build and Im a bit idle right now I thought I'd pose this:

Please review my sig rig and advise:

If and where any potential bottleneck maybe
How would you rate my Rig
If you were to upgrade it what would you do?

I don't think there is a bottleneck. The only thing may be your hard drives.

I dont think theres any either. The only things really worth upgrading is the primary HD to a nice SSD and a DX11 card. Both of which aren't really needed, I'd be happy with what your running now, seems like a solid rig.

As has been said, not much more you can do to it, other than an SSD, and overclock the cpu some more... Maybe throw in some faster ram (probably wouldn't notice a difference though)
