Is there a software out there that increases volts?

So I want to increase the voltage on my core, but I don't want to flash the BIOS or do a hard mod.

Are there any software programs that increase the volts?

I think ati tray tools has a function that allows for this.

Yes ATI Tray Tools lets you choose from a few preset voltages or enter a custom voltage.
