from 650/1000 to 755/1000, vRAM wont even be stable at 1030, so I ignore it now.
is it any good? no mods btw.
Its been stable for 3 days now.

Have you try FurMark to check temp? I have overclock my powercolor 4850 from 630/900 to 700/1000. Ran Furmark for hour, never got over 71c. You should try running furmark at extreme burning mode.

i reach it to 780 this graphic card is not stable on memory over clock only you can over the gpu

755 is a good OC, I need to play around with the fan setup to get anything over 710...
And DAMN those fans are noisy.
