Hello, Is this build looks good for you?
all I will do is gaming / HD video encoding
games like far cry 2, gta iv, cod4, mw2, mirrors edge etc...
video encoding; my canon vixia hf10 full hd 1080p 1920x1080

If you are going to use the radeon 4890 I would get two and crossfire them. and If you do that get a power supply with more watts so you can OC.

Oh yeah.
That build should be able to play any game you want on it pretty much at max settings.
Cept Crysis.
FC2 should be gettings decent frames. I used to play that game witha 4890 and it did fine.
GTA IV is difficult to play, graphically, you might have a little troulbe but you should be fine unless you don't crank up the AA.
Both CoD's will run great and Mirror's Edge will have 0 problems.
GL with the comp man, if you CF another 4890 later you will rock everything.

That PSU that you picked (the 750HX Corsiar) is PLENTY. That would handle almost every computer out there. Even a CF 4890.

If i were you, i'd wait until the 5850's are back in stock and go with that, that 4890 is goin to be old skool real soon.

Other than that, the build looks fine except if i were you i'd save like 50-70$ and go with the TX750W for a PSU, it's single +12V Rail and it's free shipping on newegg:
