Seems a bit high to me...

Check on the parts a newegg and I'm thinking you may even have room for a "TRUE" instead of the ACF 7 Pro for a few more dollard, but you also need a good 120mm fan for the TRUE.

You could also likely find a great OCing Q6600 used in the for sale section.
There is a For Sale Thread of someone selling the exact same combo minus the AC7.

i hear good stuff about the GIGABYTE GA-EP45-UD3P and the q6600... this is why i'm trying to find something like this.

Good stuff, but that is not really a deal. I would get the mobo form newegg and the CPU form the FS section here (or somewhere else used) The older Q6600's are much better in general than the new ones. You can get a nice OCing Q6600 for $150-$175.
yes it is! thats only the price of the cpu and mobo + like $15, and for that $15 u get a af7 and ram! DO IT!

yes i Do, i need a sata dvd player and a new hard drive then it should be set.. it booted up fine, but the hard drive is from my ancient computer, i'm gonna go to frys today..
