Do you recommend a 754 3400+ newcastle or a 939 3200+ winchester

Cheap and good cooling don't go in the same sentence.... Step up to the plate and get yourself a Thermalright XP-90/120 and a high speed Panaflo fan for it, that setup knocks Zalman right off the scoreboard.

3200+ Winchester

Does it really matter? It's all in the R&D, Thermalright has a unique design that works the best, period. Ask anyone here which heatsink is better, the zalman or the XP heatsinks, you'll get your answer in numbers.
