Tbh at that price point i would go with an Asrock board, they have more features for your money. If you want gigabyte i would go with a more mid range board like the z68 ud4 or ud5

Z68 is the newest 1155 based chipset, But has little features over the P67 chipset. Everything you need to know here

Either way you need a P67 or Z68 if you plan on overclockiong. The H67 series do not allow for this

If you are not going to use the features of Z68 then its not worth the extra money over P67
