Is this a good MB?

I am assembling my list for a new build and need opinions on this board. I have ALWAYS used ASUS boards, but they don't sell one with the exact combination of things that I need.
This machine will be based around a 2600K processor, I will use it primarily for gaming and video editing (for personal use, not professional.)
Features I require in the board: 2 PCIe x16 slots with Crossfire support, 2 regular PCI slots, 4x240 memory slots, and 4+ SATA3 ports. ASUS does not have one with all these requirements. I've never used Gigabyte, so I'm looking for opinions on if this is a good board and a safe choice, or if there are concerns.
