It is a budget mobo made by a good company, ASUS, it supports AGP 8x, Socket478 800fsb and overclocking, however it appears as though several people have had troubles with bad agp slots.

If you're going to consider another/prelacement board for your system, make sure that the (ASUS) board has an Intel Chipset, other than that, you get what you pay for.
