I've been thinking of getting this set of PC.I want to know whether this kind of build will be stable or not?

Processor:Intel Core i5-2500K 3.30Ghz
Motherboard:ECS P67H2-A3 with B3 (It's cheap.lol)
RAM:Kingston Value RAM 2x2GB DDR3 1333 (It's about the "Cheap" also)
GPU:HIS HD6950 2GB (I'm going to unlock it to HD6970)
HDD:Samsung SpinPoint F3 500GB
PSU:Cooler Master GX 550W
Case:None (I'm going to build it without any case, just planning to put the mobo on top of my motherboard's box)

1. Will the CM GX550W PSU enough for this set of PC?
2. Has anybody facing problem with the ECS P67H2-A3 motherboard?
3. Will the ECS P67H2-A3 stable with Entry-level Overclocking? Because I never OC before,I want to learn OC with it.
4. Will there be any big difference if I pick Team Xtreme 2x2GB 1600Mhz instead of the Kingston Value RAM?
5. Except it's gonna be Dusty. Will there be any other problems if I leave it caseless?
6. Does the HD6950 2GB considered as OVERKILL? Because I'm actually using a 1680x1050 Resolution LCD Monitor. And I'm planning to play games like Battlefield 3 with Maxed Settings.Or maybe a HD5850 is already enough for me to play Battlefield 3 with Maxed settings with 1680x1050 Resolution?

Thanks. =D

1) Sure
2) http://google.com
3) If you want to overclock, invest in a better board.
4) You'll likely have more OC headroom
5) Cases provide thermal management as well as physical protection. If you have a safe designated area for this setup, then by all means.

Personally I wouldn't leave an investment of hundreds of dollars to chance simply by ghetto rigging it on top of the mobo box.

Thanks for your reply. I'm just planning to let it stay on top of my mobo box temporary because now I'm at a quite tight budget,so I'll just wait until I get some extra moneys then I will get a casing for that rig.
