I think you would have to buy a different type of power supply. Peltiers will give you sub zero temps. There is a forum for TEC cooling, you might want to ask there to get more answers about it.

IMO pelts on a GPU aren't worth it because a regular Maze4 is already very efficient. You'll be hitting load temps in the low 40's C. Compared to 60+ C on stock cooling I think the temperature difference is damn good. And yeah... there's the whole dedicated PSU issue.

Thank you both for the input into my questions. I am just gonna go with the watercooled block and not the Peltier, being that this is my first venture into the realm of watercooling and want it to go as smoot as possible.
