Is that 191x21 at 1.264v? If so then it's about average I think, I'm running the same and it takes a bit more voltage.

Looks ok to me.
May need a bump in the voltage.

Running at 4.2 so i could get 1600 on my mem.

yes bro first i use in 1.250 but i got blue screen error then 1.264 i m working for and hour prime 95 no error do i steel need to more voltage?

and my cpu temp 60C (et6 ) it s ok but core temps 70-77 is that ok?
