itunes copying music

How do I make it so itunes only detects the music I want, instead of copying it to the itunes folder? All my music is on my D drive, while OSX is on my C. iTunes copies all 100gbs of music to drive C, well tries to. How do I make it so it doesn't?

Never mind, I solved my own problem. Apparently there's an option on itunes 9.
