I wrote an application that is able to control volume remotely on a pocket pc, blackberry, or another computer. I could add in the itunes com interface and have it directly control itunes, but it would take a day or two; I'm busy studying for finals and have an engineering project due friday so I really couldn't work on it for a week or two.
Maybe you could code it yourself. It's in C#. Just download the source for my shoutcast player and itunes now playing programs. Use the iTunes com api to give it some more functionality, and standard sockets(tcpclient) for communication. It should only take a couple hours
