Yes, look in your motherboard manual, it should have a layout for the usb jumper and what each pin is for. If not, quick google search "usb jumper diagram" should do the trick.

When I switch my pc off with psu switch still on my usb mouse and other usb items are still powered, is there a jumper for this? I remember doing it on an old board of mine.
