ok so My hard drive has flipped out on me

It kinda booted one time then i got the blue screen of death

Could this be my jumpers

I have sucessfully booted my dad's old 40gig so i know for a fact its the hard drive

But I just want to know if there is anyway to fix it before I open my wallet

It isnt being detected by my norton ghost or when I post

You could have your jumpers on incorrectly, or the HD may not be setup in BIOS, make sure in BIOS that it is set for HD autodetect.
