I ordered K9NU NEO, Sempron and ddr2-800, but then i saw the mobo's manual. The manual says that ddr2-800 works only with dualcore-processor. Is it unhealthy for the components to use sempron and ddr2-800? <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/frown.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="Frown">

Well it works but the Sempron will cause your ram to run at half it's speed or so (not sure about this), but if you overclock you can get your ram back to 800mhz where it would run at stock speed.

By "working at DDR800 only with dual core CPUs" means that when you'll place the Sempron and the ram inside it would start at DDR667. That's no problem really because @DDR667 the sempron still has enough bandwidth from the memory. Nothing would brake, but your ram won't work at its rated speed except while OCing.
