Keyboard Boots Up After BIOS?!

Hey forum! I've read these forums a lot, and they have helped me tremendously. I recently made a build that is as follows:
Asus P8P67 Pro (Rev. 3) mobo
Asus ENGTX580 card
Corsair H70 Cooling
WD Caviar Black 1.5 TB HDD
These are just the basics.

Now, to the problem. I am trying to access the BIOS, which uses the command F8 (or CNTRL+M). But my problem is, that my USB Keyboard, receives power (or the USB ports I should say) AFTER the BIOS message is played. It detected my USB mice etc, but not the keyboard. I get a message that even says
AMERICAN MEGATRENDS
1 mouse
etc.
etc.
0 KEYBOARDS

Is there some wiring I need to change or something? Or, could I find a way to get into the BIOS (without keyboard) and then change the order in which the devices receive power. Someone suggested buying a USB to PS2 adapter in order to plug it in via that.
Please, I am so desperate now guys! I would appreciate all the help that you guys could give.
