Kinda looking for a new sound card.

Im looking in to the sound card market and wondering what to get? Im a budget guy so sub $200 would be great. Im going to run a test or two to see were a lot of my noise comes from. I think its mostly power had to steal my power conditioner for an amp rack. Im on on board sound now.
