Ok so, I found an old case that i wished to mod in my basement, I tried to do it once before and rushed myself and pretty much bombed. Now that i am taking my time and doing things right, i have become stuck, i have my side panels painted and clear coated and my top panel the same, I'm just stuck on the front panel. right now there is nothing in the drive bays, i have three open ones and 1 open 3.5 bay. Im not sure how to make a front panel. I was thinking maybe black modders mesh, and some machine aluminum drive bay covers that have ATI and AMD in them, any guidance would be help full.

You can use acrylic although its not really used much, it would look cool though, depending on how well you do it.

What exactly do you need to do though, make the entire front panel?

Try using the original front panel, paint it and make it glossy or to match the rest of the case, just mod that instead of making a whole entire new one.
