Will they run 5-5-5 at 1.8v? If not, 1.9v will probably not hurt them.

I have the ram listed above. Its listed at cas 5 on the site but when it came it actually had timings of 6-6-6-18. I added .1v in bios to lower the timings to 5-5-5-15.
My question is how much voltage i can safely put through these? They have no heat spreaders on them. I have good case flow: 3 120mm in, 3 120mm out. My cpu fan is also down blowing so that might help keep them cool as low.

no, need 1.9. I want to push more voltage through them to get to a higher speed than 800. My question is whether it is safe to push 2.0, 2.1, 2.2 through them w/o heat spreaders with the above listed airflow.
