Kingston: http://www.canadacomputers.com/produ...odktm1r7p2frc0

OCZ: http://www.canadacomputers.com/produ...odktm1r7p2frc0

Patriot: http://www.canadacomputers.com/produ...odktm1r7p2frc0

I'm getting an SSD for my laptop. I'm looking into these 3. I don't have much money, so the Kingston is currently the best option. I'm not looking for the one with the fastest speeds, I'm just looking for the one that retains its performance over time the best as I will be keeping the laptop for another year at the minimum.

In order of performance: Vertex > SSDNow >> PS-100.

Previous post was incorrect. Vertex2 is what i ended up purchasing. Cost me a bit more than I originally planned to, but it's a long term investment in my books. In the future, when I do buy a new laptop, I could easily swap out that hard drive and use the Vertex2

but hey after upgraded to the latest's firmware and DisableDeleteNotify = 0, TRIM is enabled on Windows 7 SSD there's nothing to talk about problem.. I have 4 x 32GB PS-100 in RAID feel disappointed at first because those firmware issues but now can feel well improvement..

FYI, TRIM command cannot be passed in RAIDed SSDs.
