This review shows that it is a good block and performs well, but not quite as good as the Apogee XT or EK Supreme HF. The difference seems slight though, and as the review states:

For a lot of people, the choice between the Apogee XT, the CPU-360, and the Supreme HF Cu might well come down to aesthetics, considering how much the three trade punches overall.

Edit: Damn my slow fingers!

Definitely get the EK Supreme HF Full Nickel/Copper/Gold.
It is just as restrictive as the EK block with plate 1 fitted according to Skinee . Plate 1 is the plate used with temps that beat the CPU 360.

With the stock plate fitted to the EK the CPU 360 performs a little better on temps (but not as well as the EK with plate 1 fitted).

Just looked at the price though; ouch! EK at £56 vs £82 for the CPU 360 (Watercooling UK).

^ Defiantly go with the EK (my next block too).
