Hi guys, I'm planning to accomplish (very soon) my new liquid cooling setup on the new Enthoo Primo and using a second hand (yet in very good condition) RP452x2 Rev 1.3 dual bay res and a couple of Alphacool VPP 655 Vario pumps.
Studied properly for the best way to install the res and pumps in order to get the optimal bleeding like here but I discovered this very evening that can't mount the pumps with their original orings and I can't even find those of the RP452X2

After a small search I found that Koolance is still selling them:

http://koolance.com/o-ring-61-6-x-2-62mm-epdm

But this apply to the USA, they're asking for a lot (really) of money to get them shipped to the UK

Don't want to spend that much and I can't find them elsewhere either.

There could still be some other solutions (cheaper and faster for me) getting some different (yet same size) orings (61.6 x 2.62mm) like these from the ebay.co.uk:

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/BS143-2-62mm-Section-61-6mm-Bore-VITON-Rubber-O-Rings-/131106451350?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_3&var=&hash=item1e868daf96

The problem is the ID / OD confusion; those of the Koolance are 61.6 mm OD and all of the others (found lots of orings of this size) are 61.6 mm ID

Could be the Koolance's indications wrong? Cause I can't find that 61.6 mm OD size nowhere else.

I'm getting a headache, would you guys give me a helpful hand?

No idea but I found some links:

"O-ring 61.6mm ID x 2.4mm CS Nitrile (NBR) 70 ShA" http://www.polymax.co.uk/o-rings/61-6x2-4-nitrile-rubber-70 (2.4mm though) £0.33

"RM0616-24 Nitrile O Ring 61.6mm x 2.4mm" http://www.bearingstation.co.uk/products/o_rings/Nitrile_O_Ring_Metric/50mm_-_74.99mm/RM0616-24 £1.20

Here's a list of o rings they have and there's only one for 61.6mm and it's ID :

http://www.bearingstation.co.uk/products/o_rings/Nitrile_O_Ring_Metric/50mm_-_74.99mm

"O-Ring NBR 61.6 x 2.62 SH70 A" http://www.charterhouse-aquatics.co.uk/oring-nbr-616-262-sh70-p-6536.html £0.30

"O-ring BS143 61.6mm ID x 2.62mm CS Nitrile 70" http://www.exactrubber.co.uk/standard-rubber-o-rings/nitrile-rubber-orings/nitrile-rubber-o-rings-inch-sizes/nitrile-rubber-orings-bs102-to-bs178/O-ring-BS143-61.6-ID-2.62-CS-Nitrile-70-rubber £0.41

All of these seem to say ID instead of OD so maybe Koolance does have it labeled incorrectly. You could try to see how much shipping is one one of those websites. If it's ~£2 shipped may be worth a shot as you'd get it cheaper and faster. Sorry I wasn't of much help :/

Thanks mate, I've just double checked those links and sizes so I've measured my RP452X2's pump oring's exact location and yes, is about 66mm OD
So the Koolance messed up everything

Gonna order today some cheap orings from the above links hoping that their hardness (70) would be just fine.
Thanks

Ahh excellent, I was going to ask if you could measure it but wasn't sure if you had the original o-ring. Hopefully that hardness will work (I don't really know much about rubber hardness but I would think companies just buy them in bulk from places like above, they're all "70" for hardness as well so I guess maybe that's a standard?). Was shipping expensive on any of those websites?

Took 5 pieces from the Exact Rubber's site (minimum amount) and only paid £3.22 shipped.
Not bad, huh?
And yeah, I'm pretty sure they'll work just fine.

There are still some minor things I'm still expecting for my build (like a couple of twin 3mm leds and some other stuff) and I'm gonna start working on my new system

Great! That's probably cheaper than just the shipping from US -> EU ordering from Koolance's store I bet

Please let us know if you have any issues with the o-rings at all (like leaking) so if this question comes up in the future and I see it, I can refer back to this thread to give advice on compatible o-rings. Thanks!
