L4D2 just keeps turning my monitors off and resetting the vid cards. I really don't want to have to reinstall the game or steam. This is why I'm not a fan of downloading games.

I think it's my resolution that's making it freak out. Where's the config file so I can manually change my resolution?

To change resolution right click it in steam, select properties (or something like that), and click advanced launch options.

Type in -w (resolution width) -h (resolution height)

And see if it works.

If not, try launching it in a window with the -windowed command
