Lag on my pc but not on my brothers...

Hey guys so my internet on my pc has been very laggy recently and im not sure why...here is a speed test to show you my results, as you can see my ping is at 1038ms, i have no clue why, on my brothers its like 23ms. anyone have any ideas?

Both on the same router/switch, right? What else is on your network?

nevermind i got so pissed off and reformatted and it worked
