Scan for viruses and spyware, also defrag your hd, and possibly get another 512MB stick of ram.
Laggy loading applications on 2.6 GHz Northy
I'm having kindda problems with my rig,and i think it's not normal....i'd like some opinions please...
when i copy somethin' from partition to partition my rig becomes very very laggy,it leaves white spots for very long time when changing between appz,and even winamp takes like 20-25 secs to load (i'd mention that i have reinstalled windows like 3 weeks ago) it's bloody annoying...help me out please

maybe hdd speed? i used to get that on my old pc cuz it had 3 X 10gb S*** drives >.<
