LANPARTY NFII ULTRA B (rev A+) USB problems

425 Views 4 Replies 4 Participants Last post by  shermstix
If i conect any usb 1.1 device (Like my palm cradle, CF reader) won't work at all. If i connect a USB 2.0 Marvision pen drive works fine. But if i connect my Canon rebel fails to read data or communicate at all with the cam, same with an Genius G-Shot 511.

The data from de Canon (wich is a USB 2.0 device) is corrupted. The G-Shot (1.1 device) only shows the names of the pics. The rest of the data is corrupted.

Any Ideas?

All drivers are in place. Latest versions used. haven't flash.

If you are OC then that might be the problem.

Which OS is it?

And are the BIOS settings set to usb 2.0/1.1?

No i haven't OC yet. The OS is WinXP/sp2 and the BIOS is set to 2.0/1.1
I've tried setting it at 1.1 just for the sake of testing and it didn't work. Simply went dead.

Hey I'm having the same problem with it too, Try plugging it in the back, it works.
Are you sure that the header you are using has the pins in the right spots? Some motherbaords stray from the USB spec and shift the pin configuration around. All you would need to do is move the wires around on the plug that connects to your mobo header.
