Well for that money you can't really beat it...those are great headphones for the money!

Very interesting.
I'm assuming it takes power via USB & takes the audio out from the headphone port to the DAC? Then does it's magic and off to the headphones?

I have a 2.1 setup, but I can't be using that at night time when people are sleeping. So I'd much rather have some good headphones to listen to music.
