Just got a new laptop witch is the acer aspire v3-571g-9683 and the frame is glossy like the one that is shown in the picture below. I was wondering if they sell any type of plastic shelding that i can stick onto it, kinda like a screen protector but for the back of it. Any help would be awesome
thanks

I found this site: http://www.decalgirl.com/skins/Laptop-Skins after a simple google search for "Laptop Skins"

Just pick one you like and tell them the height, width, and whether or not there are rounded corners. I am sure there are other sites out there that would suit your needs if this one does not have exactly what you are looking for.

im kinda looking for a clear one.
Try something like this. http://www.zagg.com/invisibleshield/hp-pavilion-g6-cases-screen-protectors-covers-skins-shields.php It isn't exactly your model, but it should be the same size (double check that) and it looks similar. This site has other models of laptops if this one isn't similar enough.

Good find but I'm not willing to spend $40 on sticky plastic. I can full up my car with $40
I think I know what you're talking about. It's something like this for the Macbook Pro's:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/9-Colors-Rubberized-Hard-Case-Cover-for-Apple-Macbook-Pro-13-13-A1278-/370752083917?pt=US_Laptop_Cases_Bags&hash=item56528bd7cd

I think it would be too difficult to find something like that for PC laptops/notebooks since there are too many models and manufacturers. I doubt they will fit. 3D printing is not getting here fast enough.

Not like that. That is a case snap on. I'm looking for a screen protector but for the back part.
Well, I'm sure cheaper ones are out there if you look. My suggestion though is to not worry about it being for your specific laptop. You could probably just get a similar looking one and cut it to fit. If anything, try searching for 15.6" clear laptop skin and see what comes up.

You can attempt to create your own skin with the dimensions provided here:
http://www.abeststore.com/laptop-skin-info.php/ACER+Aspire%20V3-571G+laptop-skin+786+DIY

You could just simply opt for a black skin cover and cut it to dimensions:

Transparent protective coverings just aren't in high demand. This one is slightly short of 15.6":
http://www.meritline.com/laptop-skins-transparent---p-38182.aspx

These are for Mac only and the largest one is like .6" short of covering an Acer 571G

This one is going to be the best you can probably get:
http://www.skinweaver.com/product_item.jsp?item_name=H9999&currency=auto

But you have to cut it yourself. You have to really scour the web to find whatever you think is perfect for you.
