Hello!

Can you please navigate to C:/Windows/Minidump on your mother's laptop and upload the latest dump files here?

To do that, click the little paper clip in the reply box labeled "Attachment".

My apologies, I forgot to mention to zip up the dump file(s)

Alrighty, the faulty device driver is "stdriver32.sys", which belongs to NCH - SoundTap Audio Recorder. You can remove this software by going through the traditional Control Panel>Uninstall Programs list, or you can download a piece of software called Autoruns . Once it's opened, go to the drivers tab, scroll down and find "stdriver32", and then uncheck it from the check box on the left, and then restart.

Let me know if the issue is solved after doing so
