Try remounting the heatsink. I know from personal use that OEM's don't always use the best thermal compound. Then be sure to clean out the laptop case/fans with compressed air. Laptops require and unobstructed area to operate in. External factors can greatly affect cooling efficiency(foreign objects, dusty table, lack of vent clearance) Finally, if that doesn't work use a laptop cooler.
