it was the last one at micro center for $130 which i though was a good price. what i want to know is if this is any good? or if i should get my money back and get a different one?
I didn't hear good things about this one except that it's very cheap. Pump has very limited power (I found that it's rated for 72L/H...) CPU block feels very cheap too. I don't believe this can achieve better performance than modern all-in-one closed loop coolers with 240mm radiator.
Since you can get Corsair H100i or other 240mm all-in-one closed loop for similar price, I would not recommend this for anyone.
If you plan to buy additional pump, you'd be much better off with one of XSPC's kit in terms of price. XSPC offers decent 360mm radiator setup under $200 and I'm pretty sure it's much much better than this kit.
