Still bugged though, and that option is in a terrible place...

Terrible is a bit strong since it is in the same location as other settings for subscriptions. What is bugged for you? Are you using the Threads tab? The Activity tab conglomerates more than just threads and posts so the setting doesn't apply.

You still have page numbers, even when you've only got like three unread threads.

And seriously, whle that option is with other similar options, it only applies to one page in your settings, and should be in the Subcriptions> Threads tab.

(Yes, I'm using the correct tab.)

It also applies to the Forums tab, IIRC. I do agree it needs to be a toggle but I'd rather have what we have than the nothing we had before.

It will get changed.

Have a read through the Subscriptions section of the Site Features guide in my signature.. It explains all about it and where to find the option to show only newly updated threads. The Top button is called Home on your keyboard.

Setting your posts per page down to 50 or lower can help loading times and performance as well if you need the extra boost.

the number of post displayed has nothing to do with lag on every part of the site. it also has nothing to do with actually making a post that takes so long it has to give you a please wait window. i could keep going on but this horse has been beat enough i guess. to me it was the small things like a snappy interface and convienant options and usability.. for crying out loud i cant even use firefox spell check in the window im using to compose this message. so f-it im leaving the misspellings. does your guide tell me how to make it so when i click my profile it shows the most recently replied to threads only and no other threads. kinda like it did when ya clicked usercp. probably not. oh and one last thing. if i wanted to hit a button on the keyboard then i wouldnt browse the forum using a mouse. you keep the button. i want my TOP link back please. thanks

Don't say that! You might give them ideas! Out of all the things I miss most, It's the speed of the forum. Now feels so sluggish now. Meh, I guess maybe a small yearly fee. Can you change the subscriptions so that you don't see the ones you have already visited until someone else posts something. Like it was on the old version. I only want the subscriptions I have not read to show up.

I tried clicking on "Signatures" in your "Site Features Guide Contents" in your sig, and it loaded the page we are on now. I had to click "Site Features Guide" to actually go to the Site Features Guide.....is that meant to be like that?

Nope, you can not. you are not the only one that wants this feature back either. besides the fact that the site is so damn slow now. the subscriptions mess ranks 2nd on my most missed feature. lets all hope they get it fixed.

Actually, it's been fixed for almost two weeks.

Subscriptions> Edit My Subscriptions> Scroll down> "Do you want to see all subscribed forums/threads or only those with new unread posts?".

Not very helpful. Subscriptions is used all over. Give us the "address" you mean, like "Subscriptions" (under New Messages on main page), or whatever?
