I have just gotten yoga 2 13 and it kinda gets hot when gaming. I wanted to know if i leave the ac plugged in while gaming, will it destroy the battery as the battery is built in, in these ultrabooks.

Nope you'll be fine.

If your really concerned then just prop the laptop with a small book or something similar.

As for temp you can attempt Intel xtu for undervolting the processors a bit or do a repaste on the heatsink.

Then tackle the temps instead of skating around it.

The battery is not easily removed from this machine due to lack of access panel

Look... Heat will degrade ANYTHING on the planet. You're fine. It's not going to melt or explode or just randomly die because you decided to play a game and it's running hot. It's not designed for gaming, so it might be a bit warmer than your standard laptop due to the thinner casing.

You're fine.
