It doesn't only depend on videocard, CPU is important also. A Pentium 4 won't be any good at it...

Also, resolution is another factor to consider. At 1280 x 1024 it's easy to max out a game, but 1920 x 1200 is another story.

So, give a resolution and CPU to be worked with, then the question can be answered

i reason an 8800GT can pull it off with an E8400 at 4ghz and a hefty OC, oh, and 4gb's of ram. at 1280x1024. not sure if it's the acse though, but fwiw i got medium, 20 constant fps, with a single core 939 and 1gb's of ram
