LG Shine stopped recognising music

Alright, up until recently, the Music Player did recognize and played music from the SD card. A few days ago, however, the Music Player displays "No Songs" when searching for music. I checked if the files were still there on the computer, they were. I then reformatted the SD card and loaded songs on again, still not found. I reset everything on the phone, still no luck. The card still works because pictures and videos are recognized fine by both the phone and the computer. Rep+ to any ideas that help

do they play from the phone itself without the memory card inserted and the phone could need flashing

sometime LG phones get really confused with ID3v2 tags, downgrade them to ID3v1 tags.

have you made any changes to the phone, memory card or files on the memory card.

also does it recognise anything on that memory card, like pictures, file list?

well i dont have a way to test that...
