Hello i have a LGA 775 water block at the moment and was wondering if the 1155/1156 has the same mounting

Does it have oval shaped holes in the block that allow the screw to slide in it for adjusting?

If so, then yes. You just have to buy a 1155/1156 mounting plate from xspc.

It needs to be a little wider so if your block has some overhang at the end of the hold-down plate you might be able to drill new holes, I adjusted a 1366 hold down kit to make mine work.

775 kits won't work without modifcation unfortunately.

Some 1155 mobos have both 1155 and 775 mounting holes. My ASRock does anyway.
