Link flickering in Firefox

Sometimes when I hover over a link or a dropdown menu it can sometimes start flicker and sometimes are unable to click them, but mostly I am still able to click them except for dropdown menus where it dissapears right when I'm about to move the cursor to it.

I made a demonstration to show exactly what my problem is(the gif starts over again after about 10 seconds seconds):

As you can see, the link's text doesn't get underlined when I hover the cursor over neither, which it should do on that certain site I was on at the time.

I haven't used anything else than Firefox in a while so I'm not sure if this happens in any other browsers as well, I've tried to reinstall Firefox but nothing changes.

It doesn't occur that often and are mostly solved with just a refresh but it can sometimes get a bit annoying. Anyone know how to solve this?

And this happens everywhere?

You said it yourself, you didn't try another browser. Try it with another browser, and try it on another site.

Yeah, pretty much everywhere, here too. Well, I would have tried with another browser but this can happen anytime, either it will take 5 minutes or 5 days, it's too unpredictable.

Which addons do you run?
Adblock Plus, FoxyProxy, Kaspersky URL Advisor and a few other random Adobe and Microsoft plugins.
Try repairing or reinstalling Firefox.

Disable Kaspersky URL Advisor and all the Adobe/Microsoft addons.

This was before I had the Kaspersky URL Advisor so I know that's not the cause, and the Microsoft are just .NET Framework addons but I guess I get rid of them for now and see if that was the cause.
