Link from User CP to your own threads?

I prefer No email notification because I come here every single day, and so I don't need an email notification for every single little reply to every single thread that receives a new reply (that is, of my thread subscriptions).

Click the button that I circled to go straight to the first unread reply.
Also, if you wish to see a subscribed thread that hasn't received a new reply since the last time you visited it, then click "View all Subscribed Threads" as seen on the lower-right corner of this screenshot.
If you want to view only your threads, then click Quick Links on the black bar above (on the far-left), and choose "Your Profile". In here, click the Statistics tab. You'll see the rest from here.

- In here, scroll down a hair and click here to select a Default Thread Subscription Mode:
