hey guys, ok my dilema, im running susie 10.1 and when i had the comp plugged into my linksys router with a cable it automaticatly connected to the internet no problem, i didnt even have to change anything, now im not going to be able to do that and i have a linksys wireless adaptor (pci card) that i can put into my comp but im not sure how to go about installing it<br><br>
the drivers say they are for windows only and every where on the net doesnt give any info for installing a linksys wireless with linux (just something on how to build a iwreless linksys with a linux kernal)<br><br>
any help much appreciated, and remember im still new with linux so "fisher price" any info you send my way<br><br>

Wifi support is SCETCHY on linux..<br />

You gotta give us the EXACT model for us to help you.. I have a linksys card that I cant get to work for anything... People have had succes with the slightly newer version of the same MODEL.. soo...

sorry for the late reply but the pci card is WMP54GS, its the wireless g w/ speedbooster, i looked everywhere for any faqs and support but couldnt find anything on this so far

Well.. I dont use suse.. But I think you are going to have to use ndiswrapper<br />

Check for instructions on your fav suse forum.. (I don't know of any..)
